- NF/SG VHS PHARMACY INVENTORY SERVICES COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS General Information Document Type: Combined Solicitation/Synopsis Solicitation Number: 36C24821Q524 Posted Date: 03/03/2021 Response Date: 03/17/2021 Product or Service Code: H965 No set aside: NAICS Code: Size Standard> Unrestricted 541380 $16.5 million This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-3, 02-16-2021. This solicitation starts 03/03/2021 will end 03/17/2021 at 4:30 PM EST. Questions are due not later than 03/10/2021 at 10:00AM EST. Response will be post no later than 03/12/2021. This requirement is Medical Gas Testing and Inspections. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://wwwbeta.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications; and SDVOSB/VOSB s shall be certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. The Government will evaluate utilizing the comparison evaluation process. Contractors are required to provide the documentation outlined in the FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to the Offeror. Contractors interested in providing these services should submit their quotes via email to shirley.courtney@va.gov. Quotes shall be received 03/17/2021 at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time Zone and reference the solicitation number. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR Provision 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated unless the Contracting Officer determines the late quote will be accepted IAW 52.212-1(f)(2)(i)(A-C).
