- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912HN21Q5001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION: QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICTATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be procured as 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $8 M.� This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03.� Title of Requirement: Disposal Area, Bird Island Mowing/Cutting, Clearing and Herbicide Application, Chatham and Glynn Counties Georgia and Jasper County, South Carolina��� Description of Requirement: Provide mowing, cutting, and herbicide application services for access roads and ramps, and embankments in nine disposal areas 1N, 2A, 12A, 13A&B, 14A&B, Jones/Oysterbed Island at Savannah Harbor and Andrews Island at Brunswick Harbor.� Submission Requirements: Fill out and return pages 3-35 of the attached.� In a separate attachment entitled �Past Performance� offerors shall provide project title, detailed description, point of contact and phone number for three (3) prior or current contracts/agreements for similar scoped projects performed during the previous three (3) years. To be technically acceptable, the submitting offeror must submit relevant and current past performance that is similar to the requirements described in this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government will evaluate each offeror's experience on the basis of its depth and its relevance to the work that will be required under the prospective contract. Projects involving the mowing and/or clearing and brush removal on slope and terrain similar to this requirement will be considered relevant past performance. If sufficient detail is not included for the government to make a determination of acceptability, the offer will be determined unacceptable. In a separate attachment entitled �Herbicide Licensing� the offeror must provide proof of licensing in both Georgia and South Carolina.� In a separate attachment entitled �Equipment List� offeror shall provide a list of equipment planned for use or being used on the jobsite, including the most recent and planned equipment inspection dates. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
