Description

The USDA Forest Service, Southwestern Region, Coconino and Kaibab National Forests, has�a requirement for Road Maintenance services and related maintenance of culverts, drainages, and cattle guards.� The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price all-encompassing end result (performance based) multiple award services contract under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Best Value � Tradeoffs, format.� Awarded offerors will be required to provide equipment, services, supplies, and expertise to achieve the end result.� The Government intends to make multiple awards (that are in the best interest of the Government).� The term of the contract will be for a Base Year with four option year periods (that the Government may decide to unilaterally exercise each year). This is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside.� The Small Business size standard is $39.5�Million under NAICS code 237310.� The government reserves the right to make award of all line items or just�selected line items.� The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after February� 23, 2021 � attached to this advertisement on or after that date.� The deadline for questions shall be March 19, 2021, close of business. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall have an active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) at time of offer submission. Deadline for receipt of any and all offers shall be APRIL �8, 2021, 1600 Arizona Time (Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
