Description

This solicitation is issued as a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) requirement for the procurement of Force Indicators.�The Government minimum quantity for this requirement is 1 each and the maximum quantity is for 100 each.� Once the minimum quantity is procured the Government is no longer obligated to place any additional orders under the resultant contract. The requirement is a Small Business set aside.� The associated NAICS code is 334513.� The small business size standard is 750 employees. The US Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a FFP contract to the contractor whose proposal is considered the best value.� The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.� Due to COVID 19, proposals must be submitted via email no later than�5 PM CST, March 30, 2021. Other electronic or hard copy submissions are not authorized.� Proposals/offers received after 5 PM CST, March 30, 2021 will not be considered for award.�
