Information and details will be forthcoming in an official announcement.� INTRODUCTION:� 12 FEB 2021 - This notice has been updated to correct the required certifications. Updates to the attachments are reflected as track changes. *This announcement supersedes previous related notice FA8773-19-R-A007 from 38 CONS.*� This notice constitutes a Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) for industry comment. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFI is in consideration of a potential solicitation for Enterprise Cyber Capabilities (EC2) at multiple locations throughout CONUS.� DISCLAIMER:� This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to obtain information related to general programmatic topics, price, delivery, product line capabilities analyses, and demographic/other market information. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. �Responses will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal. Any information provided by industry to the Government, as a result of this RFI, is strictly voluntary. Vendors will not be reimbursed for any cost related to this RFI. The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP. Evaluation results will not be provided to contractors responding to this notice. PURPOSE/SCOPE:� The Enterprise Cyber Capabilities (EC2) program seeks to organically leverage economies of scale and reduce the Air Force�s overall IT footprint by providing an avenue to conduct services acquisitions from a strategic perspective, leveraging the buying power of the Air Force cyber enterprise. � The scope of the EC2 proposed contract vehicle is to �the perform multiple activities necessary for the Air Force to build, operate, support, defend, extend, and engage cyberspace networks to ensure warfighters can maintain the information advantage as US forces prosecute military operations around the world. �This includes enabling fulfillment of the AF cyber mission by supporting/enabling the cyber tenets of Operate and Maintain (O&M), Training, Management and Policy, Protect and Defend, Analyze, Collect and Operate, Investigate, and Securely Provision. � The intent of this RFI is to locate potential sources for this requirement. The information obtained in this RFI will be used to build an acquisition strategy for EC2 at various installations. All submissions will be used for market intelligence purposes, will become the property of the Government, and will not be returned.� Please Note: A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for EC2, is attached for your review. DO NOT submit actual quotes, prices, marketing materials, or any other deliverables in your company's RFI response. DO NOT submit item prices or product information at this time. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All responses should be submitted via electronic email format to Mr. Edgard �Gabe� Flores (edgard.flores.1@us.af.mil) and Ms. Priscilla Cruz (priscilla.cruz@us.af.mil). Submissions are due NLT 4:00 pm CST on 26 February 2021. �However, early submissions are strongly encouraged. �All email submissions must be less than 5MB. �If larger files are required, please contact the aforementioned via email to set up an alternative submission method. �An elaborate presentation is not requested or required. �Responses shall include the capability statement, responses to the additional questions, and comments of the draft PWS as specified below. Your responses may be provided directly on the attached document entitled �EC2 Questionnaire_26 Jan 2021 Final.� A. CAPABILITY STATEMENT: Interested companies responding to this sources sought notice must provide a capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills, and capabilities to fulfill the Government�s requirement specified in this sources sought notice. �This statement may include previous experience performing similar projects. �Please refer to item #2 of the attached questionnaire.� B.
