***This a Sources Sought.� This is just to find interested vendors.� This is not a Solicitation.*** 460th MDG Pharmacy Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolator �20 January 2021 Non-Personal Services 1.� DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. SUMMARY OF DUTIES. The Contractor shall provide one (1) Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolator, also known as a Pharmacy Glovebox, to the 460th Medical Logistics Building at Buckley Air Force Base.� This is a one-time equipment purchase.� Delivery shall take place Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM- MST. 1.2. SPECIFIC TASKS. 1.2.1. The delivery performed under this contract is for a one time equipment purchase of a pharmacy glovebox between 7:30AM and 4:30PM- MST, Monday through Friday. �The Contractor shall coordinate delivery with the 460 MDG at least one week in prior to delivery date. 1.2.1.1. The Contractor shall deliver and install no less than one (1) pharmacy glove box. 1.2.1.2 The Pharmacy Glove Box must meet the following minimum requirements: 1.2.1.2.1. All USP 797 guidelines for sterile compounding, as well as the regulations for handling hazardous drugs according to USP Chapter 800. 1.2.1.2.2. HEPA filtered unidirectional (laminar) air. 1.2.1.2.3. Negative pressure to protect product and operator. 1.2.1.2.4. Meet or exceed ISO 14644-1 Class 5 air quality. 1.2.1.2.5. Programmable electric height adjusters to make the work environment more ergonomic. 1.2.1.2.6. Must have antechamber and waste removal. 1.2.1.2.7. Anthropometrically correct glove ports with 3� armrest to allow users to use two hands simultaneously. Must contain at least two glove compartments. 1.2.1.2.8. Exhaust port not required. 1.2.1.2.9. Stainless steel garbage can (minimum 9�x14�). 1.2.1.2.10. Attached waste tubes and sharps container. 1.2.1.2.11. External fluorescent lighting. 1.2.1.2.12. Stainless steel removable work tray. 1.2.1.2.13. One inch (1�) stainless steel I.V. bar with hooks. 1.2.1.2.14. Cleanroom grade locking casters. 1.2.1.2.15. Five additional HEPA replacement filters. 1.2.1.2.16. Twenty-four (24) month warranty. 1.2.1.2.17. Manufacturer certification prior to use. 1.2.1.2.18. Isolator starter kit. 1.2.1.3. Installation, set-up, and certification shall be performed by the Contractor at the time of delivery to the delivery address outlined in paragraph 1.3.1.� The delivery address does not have a standard loading dock, but is accessible by a 53� tractor trailer. 1.3 DELIVERY LOCATION. 1.3.1. Delivery and install shall occur at the following address unless the Contractor is previously notified by a Government representative: 460th Medical Group Buckley AFB Pharmacy 18500 E 6th Avenue, Bldg. 7 Aurora, CO 80011 1.3.2. Contractor must provide name(s) of delivery driver(s) and installer(s) at least one week prior to delivery and install to allow the 46 MDG enough time to secure base access for Contractor personnel. 2. GENERAL INFORMATION 2.1. Office Closures: On days in which office closures occur, the Contractor is not required to provide service.� Instead, the Contractor will provide service the next day the office is open directly following the closure. 2.1.1. Recognized Holidays: The Contractor is not required to provide services on the following days: New Year�s Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. 2.1.2. The Government will notify the Contractor of any foreseen office closures in which the Contractor would not be able to perform scheduled deliveries. 2.2. Period of Performance is a one time delivery and installation no later than 15 April 2021. ��� 2.3. Point of Contact 2.31.
