Description

The scope of this effort is to produce an established EEO complaint tracking system with� a demonstrated history of processing EEO complaints for large government agencies and interfacing with the EEOC databases and must be compatible with FedSEP reporting requirements and 29 CFR 1614. Improve satisfaction with OASCR by offering state-of-the-art cloud platforms for application development. Offer mobile and cloud-based applications to support business process re- engineering efforts across USDA. Contractor shall provide a comprehensive user guide to include guides for any future system improvements. Application maintenance and enhancement to effectively meet the changing business needs. Aid USDA organizations adopting an on-demand, SaaS-based model.
