- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Repairs of Diesel Underground Storage Tank at FEMA Region VIII.� Repairs include replacing of the interstitial wire, probe wire, and probe, as well as a custom cap that will not pinch the wires.� Contractor must provide a leak test after installation that does NOT read ""probe sync error"". This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 213112 with a size standard of $41.5 million.
