This is the synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon System Support repair BOA N0010421GVV01 (replacement for expired N0010415GA409 repair BOA) that supports that supports 45 line item components for teardown, evaluation, repair, and packaging as appropriate of Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE: 73030) sourced components of the submarine Oxygen Generating Plan (OGP) and Gas Management System (GMS) on the Seawolf Class, Advanced Integrated Low Pressure Electrolyzer (AILPE) / Integrated Low Pressure Electrolyzer (ILPE) on the Virginia Class, and the Electrolytic Chlorine Generator (ECG) on various submarine classes. Hamilton Sundstrand is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the items listed sole source to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
