- Description
- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) in support of the Office the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) is seeking to establish a single award contract to provide Cybersecurity Compensation System Support Services.� We have attached a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to this notice that we would and welcome questions on: A) Statement of Work, B) Evaluation Factors, and C) Pricing Structure (Pricing Table). Your questions are important to DHS' success and we need industry's partnership to deliver exceptional results for the Cybersecurity Compensation System Support Services procurement to the Department. Industry is asked to review the Draft RFP and all associated Attachments and provide questions no later than March 9, 2021 at 12:00 pm ET. The Government has provided a �DRAFT Request for Proposal Question Template,� that MUST be used for all submissions.��NOTE:�The Government will not review any vendor provided information not contained within the provided Template.�All questions will be reviewed and considered in the development of the final RFP.�All responses should be emailed directly to DHS at: Phorsha.Peel@hq.dhs and Daniel.Weingarten@hq.dhs.gov by the specified date and time.� The below high-level notional timeline outlining�upcoming key procurement milestones is as follows: Draft solicitation Feedback: NLT 12:00 pm on March 9, 2021 Pre-Proposal Conference (Virtual) � March 16, 2021* Anticipated Final Solicitation Release: March 16, 2021 Anticipated Phase I Due Date: March 22, 2021 Anticipated Phase II Due Date: March 29, 2021 Anticipated Oral Presentations: March 31, 2021 � April 6, 2021 Anticipated Award: April 29, 2021 *Note:� Registration information regarding the Pre-Proposal conference will be posted on or about March 9, 2021.�� We thank you for your interest in the Cybersecurity Compensation System Support Services requirement and we look forward to your valuable feedback in response to the draft solicitation documents.
