Ft. (ABOA): 4,585 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,814 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Surface): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: *Tenant-agency is the Audit Agency for the Federal Government. *Offered Space should be contiguous. *The space requires normal business hours for HVAC.
