U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: North:� HWY 254 (Old Hickory Boulevard) to HWY 31 Franklin Road to Kelly Road West:� Granny White Pike South:� Meadow Lake Road to Meadow Lawn Road East:� �Jones Pkwy to Cloverland Drive to Hearthstone Lane�� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,585 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,814 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Surface): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: *Tenant-agency is the Audit Agency for the Federal Government. *Offered Space should be contiguous. *The space requires normal business hours for HVAC. No overtime utilities will be required. *DCAA requests the second floor and above *The building should have free parking directly in front, behind or next to it.� *The proposed space must not be located in a shopping mall or retail center and a minimum distance of 1,000 feed from residential areas, i.e. trailer parks or low income housing. *The building must not be located in a high crime area.� See Attachment A dated June 8, 2020, GSA DCAA�s GSA Special Requirement Package for additional details Parking:� The Offered site must be able to accommodate no less than 34 parking spaces.
