ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF SYSTEM REPLACEMENT SIX (6) BLDGS GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEAHORE, SANTA ROSA COUNTY, GULF BREEZE, FL NAVAL LIVE OAKS AREA MAGNITUDE: A single, firm fixed price construction contract with an estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000 to remove existing and replace with new architectural shingles, underlayment and related work per 7TH EDITION (2020) FLORIDA BUILDING CODE requirements. 1. Picnic Area Shelter - footprint = 1700 square feet 2. Picnic Area Restroom - footprint = 1200 square feet 3. Park Headquarters - footprint = 10,970 square feet 4. Group Camping Shelter - footprint = 1700 square feet 5. Group Camping Restroom - footprint = 1200 square feet 6. NLO Compound Fire Cache - footprint = 2960 square feet Approximately 200 squares total of combined roof area conventional pitch from 4:12 to 9:12. BASIS OF AWARD: Comparative evaluation of price and other factors. After preliminary consideration of all quotations or offers, identify from all quotations or offers received one that is suitable to the user, such as the lowest priced brand name product, and quickly screen all lower priced quotations or offers based on readily discernible value indicators, such as past performance, warranty conditions, and maintenance availability.
