Description

For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code, a telephone/facsimile number, and an email address. PRON: AX9F1975AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 32 each and a maximum quantity of 160 each of a Seat, Aircraft; NSN: 1680-01-560-8741; Part Number: 70500-52851-101 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 32 each, 720 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The required delivery of the Seat, Aircraft is 5 per month. Martin-Baker America Inc. (CAGE Code: 1Q842), 423 WALTERS AVE JOHNSTOWN, PA 15904- 1134, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code 78286) 6900 MAIN ST STRATFORD, CT 06614-1378 are the only known sources identified as having the essential qualifications and access to the technical data required to meet the Government�s requirements. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ and looking under AMCOM spares Source Approval Request (SAR) guidance. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
