- ���������������This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ��������������� (ii) The solicitation number and a statement that the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). ��������������� (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-07 through August 3, 2020. ��������������� (iv) This is a total 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 111111 and small business size Y. ��������������� (v) See attached document name: 30% UAN Liquid Nitrogen Fertilizer SIX (6) Tractor trailer load (estimated at 24-25 tons per load) delivered to the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Beltsville, MD, Building 301. �for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). ��������������� (vi) USDA ARS requires see attached SOW. ��������������� (vii) Delivery due 1 April 2021 after award of contract unless otherwise specified. The delivery and acceptance and FOB is destination. ��������������� (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. ��������������� (ix) A statement regarding the applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, if used, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
