Description
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb would like to invite your company to submit a technical and price proposal for CAC1, CAC2 and CAC3 Roof Replacements on the Embassy Compound at Thomasa Jeffersona 2, 10000 Zagreb. The U.S. American Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia has a requirement to obtain Construction Services for replacing the flat roofs on the Compound Access Control (CAC) buildings 1, 2, and 3 located on the New Embassy Compound (NEC). The requirements of this project are to be in accordance with US standard industry practices. ����������� If you would like to submit a quotation, please see further details in CAC1, CAC2 and CAC3 Roof Replacements SOW (CACSPECS document) and� follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. Pricing part should be separate from technical part! ����������� The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.� We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. ����������� All literature and discussions will be in the English language. Any translations, if necessary, desired by the offers must be made at their expense. ����������� Quotations are due by March 29th 2020, noon. Please note site visit and preproposal conference is planned for March 16th 2020 at� U.S. Embassy Zagreb at 11.00. Prospective offerors/quoters should apply for site visit no later than March 12th 2020, 16.30. Application for site visit should be via email (to: TodoricM@state.gov) and should contain: ���������� Person(s) arriving to site visit ���������� Company name ���������� ID number ���������� Vehicle model and plate number Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier and please do not bring any electronical equipment.
