Description: The Aviation Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) has a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to purchase Self-Propelled Crane Aircraft Maintenance and Positioning Increment II (SCAMP II) Expeditionary Cranes, spare/consumables, and Authorized Stockage list (ASL).� A competitive full and open source selection was conducted and awarded to one vendor on 31 August 2018 in support of US requirements for SCAMP II.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.� The Government intends to solicit for a FMS requirement for a minimum quantity of one (1) and a maximum of fifty (50).� This requirement requires an approved source that has successfully completed the Source Selection Performance Demonstration (SSPD) and a Customer Test event.� Verification of qualification must be approved by the Government requiring activity.� All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all responses received by 5:30 PM Central Time on March 17, 2021 will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses recieved to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
