Description

The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Hexagon Metrology, Inc, 436 McLaws Circle,�Williamsburg, VA, 23185-5646. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000. This purchase order will be for four SpatialAnalyzer licenses for software maintenance to be delivered by 1 April 2021. The anticipated award date is 29 March 2021. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 17 March 2021 at 1300 MT.
