Description: Intent to Sole-Source: USU intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Envigo under solicitation HU000121R0010. USUHS intends to award a sole source Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Envigo. This requirement is to fill a continuing requirement to maintain the supply of required specialized rodent strains/substrains for ongoing animal research in support of USU and the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (USU/AFRRI).
