- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the Government�s expected solicitation release set for the date of on or around Tuesday 09 March 2021. The Solicitation Number will be W15QKN-21-R-5023. Procurement Description: The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is procuring a new requirement for Elevator Maintenance Services on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) at multiple facilities throughout the Northeast (Regions A, B and C - CT, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT and WV). NOTE THAT THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE 2 OR MORE AWARDS AND BIDDER SHOULD BID BY REGION WHICH IS BROKEN UP BY CLIN IN THE SOLICITATION. MULTIPLE AWARDS CAN BE MADE ACCORDING TO REGION FOR THIS REQUIEMENT. The Government intends to issue a solicitation under the Total Small Business Set-Aside preference for this requirement.� The period of performance shall be for one base year and four twelve-month option periods. This requirement will be funded utilizing Operation and Maintenance - Army Reserve (OMAR) funds. The solicitation will result in a new Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract awarded to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror, whose approach meets the requirements of the solicitation. �� Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator maintenance services in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. ***Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). �All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.beta.sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government. �Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM database may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror. *** All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
