- Eastern Kansas Health Centers require a key control system that can secure both primary and spare keys for Government vehicles at both the Topeka and Leavenworth VAMC locations via fixed kiosk location. Reservations made via a web portal though the VA intranet, filter/restrict based on specific training requirements and current Driver s License data to prevent an unapproved employee access to a GOV. Record driver provided ending mileage upon return and vehicle cleanliness and service issues when returning the GOV keys. Spare key access limited to specific Administrative level staff.
