- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center, intends to issue a solicitation for the Spring 21-1 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3721R0002. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations. Requirement Specifications will be provided with the solicitation documents. This procurement will be Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 111998 All Other Miscellaneous Crop Farming. Multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts on a best value basis. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before April 29, 2021. The Government will award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a Best Value basis. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about March 12, 2021 and will be posted on the betaSAM.gov website. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available - all documents will be posted at the website for download. Mark your calendars, A Pre-bid Conference Call via the ZOOM App will be held March 18, 2021 at 10 AM MT (Boise local time). Details will be provided in Solicitation Package. Offers will be due about 3 weeks after issuance of the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
