REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 336419 SIC: 3769 SBA Size Standard: 1500 REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Government is conducting market research to request information regarding the Elevon Actuator Controller (EAC), NSN 1420-01-098-5936GF, P/N: 2117580-2-1. The Flight Control Servo Assembly (FCSA) consists of two identical linear actuators, driven by a common electronic control unit, the Elevon Actuator Controller (EAC). The controller consists of circuits to perform actuator position signal summing, error signal amplification, servo loop compensation, and power drive stages for the servo motors, current limiting, and buffer circuits to output position, motor current monitor signals and motor voltage monitor signals. The EAC accepts analog voltage inputs proportional to the elevon position command, 28 VDC power, and +- 15 VDC power. The 28 vdc and +- 15 dc grounds are isolated outside of the servo assembly. The FCSA controls the elevon which guides the missile to its intended target. The Government is interested in all potential sources. Potential sources shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to accomplish the new manufacture of the item(s) listed below. Generally, this entails the procurement/manufacture of component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping. Additionally, potential sources may be responsible for supply chain management, logistics planning, forecasting production requirements, long-lead time parts procurement, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortage issues, and shipping serviceable assets. The unit prices will be established at the time of a contract award for the item(s) listed below. Potential sources may be responsible for nonrecurring engineering costs associated with becoming an approved source. Nomenclature/Noun: Elevon Actuator Controller (EAC) National Stock Number (NSN): 1420-01-098-5936GF Part Number (P/N): 2117580-2-1 Application: ALCM AMC / AMSC: 3 / B This potential requirement does not have any associated technical data available for distribution. Potential sources for this effort may or may not be companies who have a current license or agreement with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) HONEYWELL.
