- The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential sources for potential futures needs including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. We are needing to know if your business does Commercial Roofing work in the Oklahoma City area. The 137th SOW Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma often has commercial roofing projects that need completed to ensure the viability of our infrastructure. Please complete the attached sources sought form and advise your capabilities in terms of roofing capabilities. The base is located at 5921 Mobility Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73179. We are specifically trying to identify businesses within the Oklahoma City Area. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for a future project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
