- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East (RPO-E) NCO 07 intends to release Solicitation 36C24721Q0299 for contractor to provide **Brand Name Only*** Welch Allyn Connex 6700 Vital Signs Monitors and Welch Allyn Spot Mobile Stand with Basket as required by the Salient Characteristics listed in RFQ. **Vendor must submit their authorized re-seller letter with RFQ. This solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov on or about January 22, 2021. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code will be 334510 with an applicable small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All interested parties should register via https://beta.sam.gov It is the responsibility of offerors to monitor and download amendments from https://beta.sam.gov which may be issued to this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, FAR 2.101, and VAAR 802.101, prospective firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov), and in VetBiz https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ ) databases prior to submittal of RFQ.
