- Amendment 1 (18 February 2021) -�A site visit was requested by a potential offeror. This amendment attaches an updates synopsitation document that includes the clause at FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit and adds details of the site visit to both the Synopsis and the description below. The response due date and time has also been extended to 8 March 2021 at 3:00 PM EST. Amendment 2 (8 March 2021) -�The response due date and time has been extended to 15 March 2021 at 1:00 PM EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (�synopsitation� hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for a commercial service, i.e., Air Handler Maintenance as described under the attachment titled �Performance Work Statement�. The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is conducted as a commercial service procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that (1) conforms to the requirements of the synopsitation; (2) Complies with the minimum requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as evidenced by providing a complete description of the equipment provided; and (3) that submits the quotation with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotations received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Offerors shall complete and include in quotations all representations and certifications, as well as all fill-in provisions and clauses, contained within this solicitation. Additionally, quotations that contain pricing only with no description/detail of the equipment that will be provided will not be accepted or considered for award. Offerors shall submit a detailed response to the solicitation explaining the products being proposed and how the offeror is able to fulfill all requirements of the solicitation. Synopsitation Number:� FA8601-21-Q-0033 This acquisition will be pursued using Full and Open Competition under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 238220, Small Business Size Standard: $16,500,000 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WPAFB will be conducting a Site Visit with regards to this solicitation on 2 March 2021. Please RSVP via email no later than 12:00 PM EST on 26 February 2021. The names of company representative(s) as well as their driver�s license numbers and state of issue shall be included in the RSVP email.
