- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 Effective 1-19-2021. This solicitation is set aside for Certified Small businesses. Brand name only: Prosci The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $12 million. The FSC/PSC is U008. The Nashville VA Medical Center seeking to purchase for Prosci ADCAR Change Management Certification Program. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: STATEMENT OF WORK PART A - GENERAL INFORMATION The purpose of this training is to provide an updated framework for the VHA to advance the skills of their change practitioners. Training must be provided by Certified Prosci instructor and Prosci training materials. Certification Program - Participants will receive knowledge, skills and tools through the Prosci Change Management Certification Program to drive successful change initiatives. During this three-day session, they will apply Prosci s methodology and ADKAR Model to one of their active projects. In addition to learning Prosci s best-practices approach to change management and gaining access to our industry-leading tools, they will share challenges, solutions and insights. Graduates earn the distinction of being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Train the Trainer Program, Level 1 and Level 2 - The purpose of the Train-the-Trainer program is to develop your resources to facilitate Prosci s role-based training programs including: Change Management Practitioner Program, Sponsor Briefing, Change Management for Project Managers, Managers Training Program, and Employee Awareness Training. Using adult learning theory and best practices, participants practice delivering the modules of these programs and have the opportunity to receive real-time coaching from Prosci s Master Instructor. After completing Level 1 and 2, the participant will be able to teach Prosci 6 role-based training programs internally. (End of Clause) VAAR 852.232-72 ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF PAYMENT REQUESTS (NOV 2018) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause (1) Contract financing payment has the meaning given in FAR 32.001; (2) Designated agency office means the office designated by the purchase order, agreement, or contract to first receive and review invoices. This office can be contractually designated as the receiving entity. This office may be different from the office issuing the payment; (3) Electronic form means an automated system transmitting information electronically according to the accepted electronic data transmission methods and formats identified in paragraph (c) of this clause. Facsimile, email, and scanned documents are not acceptable electronic forms for submission of payment requests; (4) Invoice payment has the meaning given in FAR 32.001; and (5) Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract. (b) Electronic payment requests. Except as provided in paragraph (e) of this clause, the contractor shall submit payment requests in electronic form.
