Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interested vendors for integrated pest management services on approximately 5,000 acres in accordance with the Integrated Pest Management Plans of the Umatilla Project. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia Pacific Region, Umatilla Field Office, anticipates a future procurement for integrated pest management in the lower Umatilla River Basin in Oregon. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating. The small business size standard is $8.0M dollars annual receipts. Product Service Code is F105 Environmental Systems Protection � Pesticides Support. Responses are requested with the following information: 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include any designations as Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or 8(a) shall be indicated on first page of submission. 3. DUNS and CAGE number. 4. Information to indicate that your company has the capability to provide Integrated Pest Management on approximately 5,000 acres of the Umatilla Project, located in the lower Umatilla River Basin in Oregon. Results of this market research will assist in determining the appropriate set aside for the procurement. Vendors are strongly encouraged to respond. Responses need to be received by COB 2 pm Mountain Time, January 11, 2021. Email responses to: Carrie Calleja at ccalleja@usbr.gov Responses will not be returned. Telephonic responses will not be honored. This is not a Request for Quotation, only a Request for Information. No award will result from this Sources Sought. This notice does not constitute any commitment by the Government. Based on this market research the Government anticipates to issue a written Request for Quote in January 2021 and award in February 2021. This sources sought synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited.
