- Description
- Amendment of Request for SF330s Amendment 0001 Solicitation 36C25221Q0370 Architectural Design Services IDIQ Clement J. Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI This Amendment consists of: Requests for Information Responses The following changes are hereby provided by amendment: Requests for Information: See below responses addressing the Requests for Information received through the date of this amendment: My question involves the page limit and providing CPARS documents. These evaluation documents are usually several pages each are they to be included within the 75 page limit? The following statement can be found in the Request for SF330s, *Offerors are advised that the Government may use all data provided by the Offeror and data obtained from other sources, including, but not limited to, Government wide databases, relying upon personal business experience with the Offeror, in assigning a rating for past performance. Past Performance information on contracts not listed by the Offeror, or that of planned sub-consultants, may also be evaluated. The Government may contact references provided by the Offeror, as well as any other source it identifies, and information received may be used in the evaluation of the Offeror s Past Performance. While the Government may elect to consider data obtained from other sources, the burden of providing current, accurate and complete Past Performance information rests with the Offeror. Therefore, since CPARS is a Government-wide database, the VA will be reviewing the information contained in the system regardless if it is submitted by the Offeror or not. All documentation provided by the Offeror will subject to the 75-page limitation including any and all past performance documentation. Could you confirm that the Past Performance and Part II forms are not included in 75 page limit, please? Refer to response to RFI 1 above. All past performance and Part II forms are subject to the 75-page limitation. All other items of the original notice remain unchanged. There are no further changes.
