- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source firm fixed price contract Tiger Natural Gas, Incorporated. Tiger Natural Gas, Inc. is to provide natural gas service for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System; Menlo Park Division. The total estimated value of this contract is not to exceed $1,059,515.67 with a period of performance of ten (10) months to include three (3) Options. This is not a request for a proposal or quote.
