- Description
- Mountain Home Air Force Base has a requirment for preventive maintenace and repair of security cameras around the installation. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-03; Effective 16 February 2021. The purpose of this solicitations is to provide Preventive Maintenance and repair of security camera for Mountain Home AFB, ID IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 1 March 2021. The contract CLIN schedule are listed above. A Site Visit shall occur on 16 March 2021 at 1:00 P.M. MST. Each offeror shall only send one (1) representative. If you plan to attend, you shall provide advance notification to both jaclyn.fish@us.af.mil and tammie.morlock@us.af.mil no later than 12 March 2021 at 10:00 A.M. MST. The representative shall be required to provide their name, contact information, corporate affiliation and any additional information for on-base access. Questions due date: 18 March 2021 at 10:00 A.M. MST email to both jaclyn.fish@us.af.mil and tammie.morlock@us.af.mil. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This requirment is cross posted on GSAadvantange.gov �
