Description

Preventive Maintenance Services for the Barriers at the Consular Office Building and Residential Housing Area�on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany. The proposed services are for monthly Preventive Maintenance Services to all the drop arm and wedge barriers at the Consular Office Building and the Carl Schultz-Siedlung Housing Area in Frankfurt, Germany on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt, Germany.� The following makes and models are included:� Saelzer M730; Delta IP500; RSS-2000; and Delta TT207S/FM-1. The Government may also require emergency services as necessary.� The successful offeror shall provide all materials, parts, and labor to complete the scheduled preventive maintenance.
