- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is yard services for the Research Vessel Manta for the Florida Garden Banks National Marine Fisheries Service in Galveston, TX.� Pease follow the offeror instructions in the solicitation document.�The NAICS code for this action is 336611 and is a small business set aside. The government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov.
