- SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $19.5 Million. A service contract is needed at The Raystown Lake Project located in Huntingdon and Bedford Counties in South Central Pennsylvania, approximately 95 miles west of Harrisburg and 175 miles east of Pittsburgh.� It is south of the Borough of Huntingdon and approximately 70 miles from the Pennsylvania-Maryland border.� The 35 facilities to be serviced under this contract are located along the 28-mile length of Raystown Lake.� The largest concentration of facilities is in the Seven Points Recreation Area, located approximately ten (10) miles south of Huntingdon. This is essential to ensure the highest Corps standards in support of our mission. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations bid package.� All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Request for Information (RFI) shall be submitted �by 10 March 2021, 2:00 PM EST via e-mail to vincent.j.gier@usace.army.mil.� Quotes not proposals can be submitted via email only to vincent.j.gier@usace.army.mil. Available through www.beta.SAM.gov. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 24 February 2021, to all authenticated account holders of beta.SAM.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid account to entered in the beta.SAM system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.�
