Amendment 1:�Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3030 will be amended as�W911SA-21-Q-3030 - 0001 Amendment 0001 on or about 8-February-2021�to answer all vendor questions. (See added Attachment; W911SA-21-Q-3030 - 0001 Amendment 0001) Please acknowledge and sign Amendment with quote. The offer due date will be extended to 10 February 2021 at 4:00 pm local time. Amendment 2:�Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3030 will be amended as�W911SA-21-Q-3030 Amendment 2 on or about 9-March-2021. See added Attachment; W911SA-21-Q-3030-0002 Amendment 2) The purpose of this Amendment is to change the POP dates. The new POP start date is 4/1/2021. Please acknowledge and sign Amendment with quote. Amendment 3:�Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3030 will be amended as�W911SA-21-Q-3030 Amendment 3 on or about 9-March-2021. (See added Attachment; W911SA-21-Q-3030-0003 Amendment 3) The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the offers due date and time that is listed on Amendment 2. Offer Due date is extended to 10-March-2021 at 10:00am. Please acknowledge and sign Amendment with quote. Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3030 will be issued on or about 11-January-2021 and can be accessed at https://beta.sam.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at Facility KS085. The performance period is from 1-March-2021 to 28-February-2022, including four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. Offeror shall submit a signed SF 1449, completed information from the Supplemental section, responses to Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26, and a completed Price Schedule (Attachment 1). The site visit will be held at Facility KS085, Leavenworth ARC (2012 Metropolitan Ave., Leavenworth, KS 66048.) on Thursday, 28-January-2021 at 10:00 am (local time) Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access https://beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
