- Thank you for your interest in leasing space to the Government. On behalf of the United States Department of Agriculture, enclosed is a copy of Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) Number 57-26073-20-FA. Please use it to submit your initial offer for space in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Please review the RLP, draft�Lease, and all attachments carefully; paying particular attention to the solicitation requirements and how the Government will determine the best offer. The officials and employees of the proposed Agency do not have the authority to directly or indirectly contact lessors or offerors for the purpose of making oral or written representations, commitments, and/or agreement with respect to these requirements. Unauthorized contact with anyone other than a designated Contracting Officer, Realty Specialist or Contracting Officer�s authorized broker representative could jeopardize this procurement, including rejection of your proposal or cancellation of the solicitation.
