- This a notice of intent that the WR-ALC anticipates a Firm Fixed price contract which will procure two F-15 C/D AVQ-20 Heads-up Display (HUD) optics Lenses. Nation stock number (NSN) 6650-00-292-9106FX. 6650-00-292-9106FX Basic period consists of buy quantity of 10 EA; Order Period I consist of a BEQ of 5; Order Period II consist of a BEQ of 5. This acquisition includes a first article requirement that will require the first article, quantity of 1 each, a test plan, with a quantity of 1 lot, and test report for a quantity of 1 lot. If the first article meets the requirement, it will be included in the basic production quantity for each NSN. Data is available for this item and will be posted with the request for proposal (RFP). Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. This will be a firm fixe price contract. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 18 February 2021 with an estimated response date of 18 March 2021.
