- SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0002� Type I Family of All-Terrain Cranes (FOATC) W56HZV-19-R-0118 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0118 is the following: 1. �Extend the closing date and time for submission of the Request for Proposal as follows: � � �a. �From: �2021 March 17; 5:00 pm EST � � �b. �To: � �� 2021 April 01; 5:00 pm EST 2. �Except as specifically noted herein, all other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. **Please submit all questions by 17 MAR 2021** SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 Type I Familiy of All-Terrain Cranes (FOATC) W56HZV-19-R-0118 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-19-R-0118 is as follows: 1)� Amendment 0001 is issued to add the solicitation issue date and offeror due date/time on the SF 1449 Cover page of the solicitation.� a)� SF 1449, Block 6 is hereby updated to reflect the Solicitation Issue Date of: February 17, 2021. b)� SF 1449, Block 8 is hereby updated to add the Offeror Due Date/Local Time of: March 17, 2021; 5:00 pm. 2)� The solicitation, with the updated SF 1449 cover page, is being posted as a result of this Amendment 0001, which is the SF 1449 cover page that should be used for proposal submission purposes (See Section L.5.1 � Signature Actions/Offeror Fill-Ins). 3)� Except as specifically noted herein, all other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. SOLICITATION Type I Family of All-Terrain Cranes (FOATC) W56HZV-19-R-0118 This solicitation is for commercial items with minor military modifications.� This requirement will also contain ancillary hardware, special tools and related logistical data and fielding services. �This action will result in a six-year (three base ordering years and three optional ordering years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract awarded on a competitive basis.� The Request for Proposal number is W56HZV-19-R-0118. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 333120. The anticipated period of performance will include a base period of three years plus three one year option periods to be exercised at the Government�s discretion.� FOB Destination will apply. This is a competitive solicitation with full and open competition.� The proposed acquisition is for an estimated quantity of 265 Type I FOATC, three first article test units, ancillary services and the development of the associated logistic data.� Two of the first article test units will be used as logistics units for the logistics requirement.
