Description

Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, TX, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Kidde Technologies for: KIDDE Fire Bottle Valves. 61423-424649: Estimated 275 each for year one, 360 each for year two, and 360 each for year three.� 424616: Estimated 94 each for year one, 13 each for year two, and 13 each for year three.� 12496703: Estimated 6 each for year one, 2 each for year two, and 2 each for year three.� The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(2), Soliciting from a sole source. This requirement will be procured on a sole source basis as�Kidde Technologies is the only approved source of supply.
