- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Hydraulic and Electric Patient Lifts with Slings for in Home Use. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. The anticipated period of performance is for 60 months after the date of award. The Government anticipates awarding multiple awards from the resulting solicitation. The Government intends to post the RFP to Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about April 1, 2021. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under NAICS Code: 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, 750 Employees database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
