Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), McClellan Park, CA, 95652, intends to modify an existing Firm-Fixed Price contract for on-site Mohs technician services for the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with 41 USC �3304(a)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute. The modification of contract VA261-17-P-1193 will add Chico VA Outpatient Clinic (OPC) to the contract for the fourth option year. The period of performance will be from March 27, 2021 � March 26, 2022. The contract will end on March 26, 2022. This is not a request for competitive offers and no solicitation is available. Market research has determined that there is a limited available source to provide the required services to Chico VA OPC. The Government intends to award the contract on or around 03/27/2021�to Travel Tech Mohs Services, Inc, 1300 E 223RD ST STE 411, Carson CA 90745, DUNS: 068113963, Cage Code: 1S2J4. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days of this publication by contacting Emily Trinh via email at Emily.Trinh@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses are due no later than Saturday, March 13, 2021 NLT 11:59 PST.
