- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00174-21-Q-0033 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-77.� This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the price. This is a Brand Name Mandatory Requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. The SB size standard for this code is $30,000.000.00 CLIN 0001: Qty: 2 each L-FRP2120T Cisco FPR2120 Threat Defense, Malware and URL license renewal. Pop dates: date of award thru one year CLIN 0002: Qty: 2 each FP7110-TA-LIC Cisco FirePOWER 7110 IPS and Apps Service Licenses and CISCO FirePOWER 7110 IPS Apps and 1 year Subscription Service.� Pop Dates: date of award thru one year. � Statement of Work 1. Contract Action Description: Cisco FirePOWER IPS Service Licenses / Annual Subscriptions Renewal � 1 year (for RDT&E IDS 7110 sensors) Cisco FirePOWER 7110 IPS and Apps Service Licenses / Annual Subscriptions Renewal � 1 year 26Mar2021-25Mar2022 In order to achieve compliance, we are required to deploy and manage an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) on the unclassified RDT&E network. This is an annual subscription. By renewing these licenses, we are entitled to patches, updates, upgrades and is a requirement of Cisco. The existing Cisco FirePOWER 7110 IPS and Apps Service Licenses / Annual Subscriptions Renewal will expire on 25Mar2021. This service is not provided by the NAVSEA Cisco JELA support contract. If we do not have valid IPS and Apps, service licenses in place we will not comply with DISA and NAVSEA IT security regulations. Our RDT&E network will be vulnerable to the latest threats because we would not have access to updates distributed for protection purposes. All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Indian Head, MD 20640-5070. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The following addenda is provided to this provision: Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: Solicitation Number; Time Specified for receipt of offers; Name; Address; Telephone Number of Offeror; Terms of the expressed warranty; Price, Payment terms, Any discount terms, F.O.B. destination, CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax ID number and acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments.
