(i)�� �This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ix)�� �52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Excellence of Offeror�s Business and Clinical Requirements Approach; 2) Offeror�s Solution to meeth the Technical Requirements; 3) Relevant Past Performance; 4) Offeror�s FedRAMP Certified Status and 5) Price. Technical Factors, when combined, are slightly more important than price. All non-price factors are of equal importance.
