- Description
- The FAA Eastern Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort to replace Gazebo, Deck, and Area Way Stairs at the Leesburg Air Route Traffic Control Center, Leesburg, VA. The project is set aside for Small Business.� The NACIS code is 237990, size standard of $39.5 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, Wage Rates, and COVID Letter, are attached to this announcement.� All documents are available in pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $100,000- $300,000.� Payment and Performance Bonds are required. A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 9:00 am.� Due COVID restrictions each contractor is limited to two (2) attendees.� All attendees must adhere to the attached COVID Letter. �In addition, attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver�s license) to gain access to the site.� All prospective attendees must submit a list of attendance 48 hours in advance to the site visit to Dawn.A-CTR.Capers@faa.gov and Susan.Newcomb@faa.gov.� Any contractor not on the list will be denied access to the facility.
