Description

Install Car Charging Stations Project #539-21-203 at the Cincinnati VAMC, Cincinnati, OH The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to prepare site for building operations, including demolition�and removal of existing structures, site preparation, carpentry, finishes, electrical work, instillation of newequipment and ensure new equipment functions properly as required in the attached specifications and drawings. Work�shall be completed at two locations: The Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH and at the Fort Wayne Division, 1000 S. Fort Thomas Avenue, Fort Thomas, KY 41075. Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.The magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.NAICS Code # 236220 with a size standard of $39.5 Million.� Bid opening will take place (virtually) at the date and time specified in block 13A at the Network Contracting Office�(NCO) 10, 260 East University Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219. See section ""Information on Bidding Materials"" for�additional information beginning on page 7.���������������� An organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 02/24/2021 at 1:00 P.M. (local time). Please see provision 52.236-27�For additional details. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Only bids from VA-verified� SDVOSB in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization Vendor Information Pages( VIP) database (https//www.vip.vertiz.gov/) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award.�� NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) may require access to the VA contractor records to assess�Contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement included in VAAR 852.219-10.
