Description

Laughlin AFB will be upgrading�the T-Metrics Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) server. The 47th Contracting Flight intends to make award to T-Metrics on a single source basis. Interested parties may contact Jesus A. Perez�by email, jesus.perez.3@us.af.mil Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, T-Metrics, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future acquisitions.� In accordance with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 44-176, Chapter 7, all Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) are required to have an approved Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system for the main appointment line. The Air Force Surgeon General�s office requires all MTFs to utilize the T-Metrics product. Market Research identified different locations within the Air Force that have completed identical requirements under sole source to T-Metrics. As a result, this requirement will be solicited and awarded to T-Metrics on a single source basis, using FAR Part 13 procedures.�
