- This acquisition is for six (6) MAGSIM cicuit card assemblies for the 36 EWS. The items are required for weapon testing capabilites, such as measuring intervals and frequencies of weapon systems.The circuit cards simulate the payloads and records firing pulses of ALE-47 in the MERC ALE-47/ALQ-213 Mission Data Verification Station (MDVS). The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the project titled �MAGSIM Circuit Card Assembly (CCA)� which will encompass: providing six (6) MAGSIM Circuit Card Asssemblies. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is Request for Quotation numbered FA2823-21-Q-0007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334418 with a size standard of 750 employees.� Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. DESCRIPTION OF FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 Description:�MAGSIM CIRCUIT CARDS (PN: 6003001018) FOR ALE-47/ALQ-213 MISSION DATA VERIFICATION STATION Quantity: 6, EA Circuit Card Assemblies must meet the following requirements: ������������ Must be functionally equivalent and interchangeable for current MAGSIM circuit card assembly in ALE-47/ALQ-213 Mission Data Verification Station. ������������ Must be compatible with current MAGSIM software. ������������ Must not be a developmental item. ������������ Must be delivered 5 months after receipt of order. Proposals must be firm fixed priced and must include FOB Destination for deliverable items. Awarded contractor shall follow the most up-to-date base access guidance at Eglin AFB for the duration of the Period of Performance for this contract during the COVID-19 Emergency Environment. Contractor shall coordinate with the designated Government POC for delivery and installation of items/services for this requirement. In accordance with, FAR 52.212-1(b)(4), offerors are reminded that as a minimum, offers must show a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Table A-1. Technical Acceptable/Unacceptable Ratings Acceptable -�Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unacceptable -�Proposal does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Proposal must remain valid through 1 May 2021.� Requested delivery date is no later than 150 Days ARO, but expedited delivery schedules and performance are accepted, encouraged, and required for portions of each CLIN. Quoted prices must be in US Dollars. Specific Instructions: BASIS FOR AWARD: In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, provides the lowest evaluated price for a product meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards set forth in the specifications (Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Approach LPTA). Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). Offerors must submit a proposal for all items listed. Partial offers will not be considered for award.
