Amendment 0003�contains updates to the solicitation and the submission email address.� Please review and submit your offer.� The deadline has been extended through 2/17/2021 at 3:00 PM Ft. Belvoir, VA time. 02/08/2021 Update:�Amendment 0002 contains updates to the solicitation and Offeror Submission Package.� See attached updated OSP and amendment 0002.� Please review and submit with your package.� The deadline has been extended through 2/16/2021 at 3:00 PM Ft. Belvoir, VA time. 02/02/2021 Update:�Amendment 0001 contains clause updates to the solicitation;�Updated conformed copy of RFP.� Please review the attached documents. � DLA Energy Bulk Fuel Additives solicitation�which includes requirements for two additives: Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) and Diesel Fuel Additive (LIA).� The anticipated ordering period is date of award through June 30, 2024 with the delivery period being July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, with a 30-day carryover for the Continental US locations, and 90 days for outside the Continental US locations unless otherwise designated. The method of delivery will be tank truck and ISO-containers. Offerors will be required to load in 5,000 US Gallons (USG) ISO-containers and transport via truck to European destinations and cargo vessel/truck to Middle Eastern destinations. For Continental US locations, the delivery method used is tank truck. All proposals must be submitted as FOB Destination offers. The specific details are�included within the schedule of the solicitation by product and location.
