APACHE AH-64D/E ATTACK HELICOPTER TECHNICAL SUPPORT NAICS Code: 541330: Engineering Services � U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC), Weapon & Software Engineering Center (WSEC), Picatinny Arsenal is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses and to identify potential sources that can provide technical support and analyses in support of our role in the surveillance of the Apache Helicopter Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractor(s) software integration, software test analysis and requirement verification during software test demonstrations of advanced Mission Equipment Package avionics and software upgrades during system design and development and production/fielding. OEMS consist of Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Northrup Grumman. The Contractor personnel must be familiar with the design, test and evaluation, and analysis of AH-64D/E Advanced Attack Helicopter Mission Equipment Package (MEP) subsystem software and software test methods.�� They must be familiar with DOD, Military and Commercial standards and specifications related to software development and documentation, fire control system engineering, test instrumentation and test methodologies, and use of the reference documents below as guidance (none of these documents will be provided as part of this sources sought notice, but your response should indicate your firm�s familiarity with them). The types of work involved includes (but is not limited to) the following Engineering Support: To provide technical expertise in the evaluation of Apache Mission Equipment CSCI software requirements, analysis of test results and verification of requirements; Support software test environment test script testing, avionics integration lab testing and aircraft testing as required; Support the integration and verification of the software requirements, lab and aircraft testing of critical subsystem CSCI�s; Report any deficiencies and test errors identified; Support Technical Interchange Meetings and Design Reviews; Review of software Contract Data Requirement List�s (CDRL) documentation upon completion of a Software Baseline Verification Test. � � � � � DISCLAIMER � �THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
