- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide labor, parts, supplies and equipment necessary to provide scheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for Skid steer maintenance and repair at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. Please see draft of statement of work below. The NAICS code is 811310 Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic Repair) Repair and Maintenance and Small Business Size Standard is $8 million. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Specialist. The deadline for this information is 1500 Mountain Time, March 24, 2021. Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Service and repair SOW Draft OBJECTIVE: The objective of this contract is to perform the following work on: CAT model 262D Make AA, SN 0DTB06917 250hr service Tire replacement (4ea). CAT model 216B3 Make AA, SN OJXM00181 Diagnose and repair unknown hydraulic leak. Tire Replacement Replace Windshield Units are located at Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1700 Wheeling St., Aurora, Colorado, all work to be performed at said location. STATEMENT OF WORK: All work, services and repairs shall be executed in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and by a CAT Authorized Service Provider. This entire project shall conform 100% to all manufacturer s standards. This unit will be available to be serviced in the grounds area of adequate size to perform the objectives as stated above. The work can be done as noted in the Hours of work section below . All activities shall be coordinated with the Facility Management Service (FMS) Industrial Equipment shop, which shall ensure access to all areas of work. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all materials and labor necessary to perform the work as well as removal of all waste material from RMR property. The vendor shall supply all safety and PPE equipment and supplies. Vendor to provide a Standard Manufactures warrantee for parts and service from the date of install. RESOURCES The Government will not furnish any resources for the fulfillment of the services required under this contract. The contractor must provide all tools, equipment, materials, transportation, professional expertise, personnel, and supervision for all services required under this contract. The contractor must demonstrate satisfactory operation of the devices to the COR for approval. CODE & REGULATION COMPLIANCE All waste generated will be removed from RMR property. Any spills generated by executing this objective will be identified and mitigated in accordance with RMR HAZ-COM procedures. PRODUCTS REQUIRED: Repair/Inspect or replace items related to 250hr maint Svc per manufacturers recommendation. Replace 8 tires. Replace windshield Diagnose and repair Hydraulic leak All necessary items needed to perform functions of the Objective as stated above shall be provided by the vendor. QUALITY CONTROL: Personnel form the Industrial equipment Shop will be on hand to answer questions and provide QA/QC. WARRANTY: Warranty for all materials and labor shall be provided in writing. PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT: The Contractor shall assign the appropriate quantity and type of personnel to successfully complete all functions specified in this SOW. The Contractor shall maintain throughout the life of this contract, a current list of technicians and their credentials available for inspection by the Government at any time.
